Creating professional-looking lighting can be time-consuming and fiddly. If you’re in a hurry and need to achieve beautiful results without loading a bunch of HDR images or placing area lights around your subject, the Instant Lighting Kit Lite will get you there without any of the hassle.

The Instant Lighting Kit Lite for Blender is designed to help you create beautiful renders in the shortest possible time, allowing you to light your scenes quickly and to get professional lighting results in minutes.

The kit was born from my need to create attractive scenes quickly with a versatile rig that can create several different looks and moods. It's ideal for showcasing models, creating product renders, or for architecture. The Instant Lighting Kit can be used either as a starting point for further refinement with additional lights, or as a final lighting solution for finished scenes.

The Lite version of the kit provides a total of 50 different environments that are divided into 2 categories: Interiors, and Colourful Studios. With the included assets you can achieve anything from subtle available light to dramatic and colourful studio shots, and produce stunning renders with minimal effort.

Select one of the categories from the Asset Browser and you can then cycle through the 25 different environments available in each. This allows you to quickly compare the different options and choose the one that best suits your scene in minutes - there's no need to keep going back to the Asset Browser to try all the different options: once you select a category all the relevant environments are loaded together and you can simply cycle between them. This means you can compare different environments incredibly quickly, giving you a very fast workflow and eliminating guesswork.

The intuitive interface means you can experiment with different lighting setups in real-time, making it easy to find the perfect look for your scene.

The lighting controls are designed to be simple yet powerful, giving you full control over the look of your renders without overwhelming you with unnecessary options. You can adjust key parameters such as rotation, intensity and contrast with just a few clicks. This streamlined approach means you can achieve professional results quickly while maintaining complete creative control.

The kit is perfect for those who don't want to spend a lot of time on lighting, allowing modellers to display their meshes beautifully with minimal hassle. It's also suitable for experts who need to create scenes quickly. The kit is specifically designed for speed, with a simple and efficient workflow.

The images in the Instant Lighting Kit come from a variety of sources, including my own renders, PolyHaven, and Ambient CG. They are all licensed for use in your work with no restrictions.

The kit works with Cycles and Evee in Blender.
