Learning On Easy Mode
You know how it is: you're trying to learn a new skill, with twenty tabs open in your browser and a dozen videos in your YouTube Watch Later queue. How many of those videos will you ever get around to watching? My Watch Later list is a graveyard, where long-forgotten interests go to die.
Learning a new skill can feel overwhelming. There is so much new information to absorb. Motivation can come and go. When curiosity is gripping you, it's easier, but if your attention is elsewhere, that's when learning can become a chore.
And so you leave those tabs unread and ignore the Watch Later queue. I've been there myself.
The problem with this approach is that the content is not curated. You have to hunt around for little morsels here and there. It takes a staggering amount of time because you are doing all the research from scratch. Not only that, but the quality of the content is so varied. Some of it is great, some of it is terrible, and some of it is narrated in an Uncanny Valley AI voiceover.
Research is messy, and if you don't have a ton of spare time it isn't easy to find the motivation to gather all the information yourself.
And that's where my training comes in. I do all the research on your behalf, and then I package it all up into a neat and concise format. You can then absorb and digest it in a much shorter time than it would take if you were doing all that work yourself.
Instead of spending time searching and sifting through heaps of information on the internet, you can get straight down to the meat and potatoes: learning.
And if you take this shortcut something else happens: the whole process becomes more fun. You can dive into projects sooner, and start creating sooner, because you've cut out a pointless step in the process.
Learning on easy mode makes sense when your time is precious.
For example, you can learn the fundamentals of shading and texturing in Blender in just two hours. Two hours of training is all it takes to work confidently in Blender's Shader Editor.
With the right training, that walks you logically from A to B, learning is easy. Less time learning, more time creating and having fun.
